What You'll Do
The People & Organization Practice Area is one of BCG's functional practice areas. Our work focuses on three critical areas: (1) Org Design & Operating Model, (2) Talent & Skills and (3) Culture, Transformation & Change Management.
We are seeking a strong candidate with experience and passion to fill an intern role in the People & Organization practice (POP). Under the general direction of the Global Director of the practice, the intern will support the POP knowledge and management teams across a broad range of activities including: financial reporting, internal and external marketing, communications, knowledge support, and others. The individual will have the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of different functions, to collaborate with teams across the world, and to better understand what the core business of consulting entails.
The role requires a high degree of motivation and flexibility, the ability to work in a virtual management environment, and the ability to handle fragmentation.
