Not a good company for long term - Engineer bei Nokia: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Not innovative. Low salaries. No career progression opportunities. Old people stuck in obsolete methodologies. Very bad management with threatens and imposing fear in its employers some times. A lot of changes in the hierarchy in a very short time. The top management favors always people and ex-colleagues from other companies, rather than people already representing Nokia for years or even decades. Constant talk about AI because it is buzzword but no action in that direction. I can't recommend it that much in the present, unfortunately.
