Pros

Absolutely none. The worst hr team ever

Kontras

I'm a Bsc It graduate and i was hired in 2022 soon after completing my graduation. The interviewer told me we were being hired for Cloud based roles. The onboarding process was pathetic, they keep you in the dark for months not knowing if you will ever receive an offer letter from them. After my onboarding i was hoping for a traditional process of receiving 3 months training. Nothing happened. I waited for months and months, nothing came. Then the RMG (Resource Management Group) started sending us interview calls for Non technical roles which are apparently worse than working in a BPO. One thing i learned from this organisation is how inhumane and cruel people can be. They refused to listen to any of our expectations and goals and what we wanted. They would refute us shut us down saying we are freshers and don't know nothing. This organisation gave me nothing but mental distress and took away a year of my career and made it a trash year. I ended up leaving with no experience. DO NOT go to MNCs if you're a fresher. Only join these biggies when you have experience only then will you be valued and respected.

Kontras

I was laid off after spending several months on the bench, with "lack of available projects" cited as the reason. However, another consultant in the same role who was also without an active client engagement was retained. As a woman and racial minority, I could not ignore the disparity in how these decisions appeared to be made. Before my termination, I reported being recorded without my consent and raised concerns about conduct that I believed reflected implicit bias. I was referred to as "URM" instead of by my name or role, encouraged toward race based employee resource groups rather than meaningful career opportunities, and repeatedly advocated for fair project placement while on the bench. My employment ended shortly after I raised these concerns. Following my termination, I pursued the matter through the appropriate internal and legal channels. I provided documentation supporting my concerns and gave the company multiple opportunities to investigate and resolve the issues. Rather than meaningfully addressing the evidence or acknowledging the seriousness of the allegations, the company denied wrongdoing, offered what I viewed as a nominal severance, and declined to accept accountability. Employees deserve confidence that concerns about discrimination and retaliation will be investigated objectively and fairly. My experience left me with the opposite impression.
