We recognize that we have a role to play in preserving natural resources and biodiversity while combating pollution and climate change. We’re committed to minimizing our main impacts on the environment, primarily through energy use, business travel and waste management.


Our Environmental Impact

We strive to minimize the environmental impact of our operations while supporting our clients’ sustainability initiatives. Currently, we’re addressing the following key areas:

  • Energy usage: approximately 70% of our electricity usage is linked to our data centers, in which we host our clients' IT equipment. Our Merlin center has won numerous sustainable business awards as the most sustainable data center in the world. We offer training in environmental compliance for key facilities and property managers, and global awareness training for all employees. We actively monitor our power consumption, implementing advanced energy saving measures such as high efficiency lighting and smart energy systems.
  • Business travel: while recognizing the critical importance of face-to-face contact with clients, our business travel and hotel stays contribute to our carbon footprint. We introduced videoconferencing and messenger services to aid remote and global collaboration. We encourage the use of public transport, including company bus services and rail passes in certain countries. Virtual working and flexible hours enable employees to work remotely and travel outside peak periods
  • Waste management: from refits to refurbishments, our business activities generate waste. We provide recycling facilities in our offices, and employ environmentally friendly disposal and electronic equipment recycling. We discourage unnecessary printing and photocopying. All electronic equipment is recycled according to local legislation.

In einer echten Gemeinschaft von großartigen Mitarbeitern erbringen wir in interessanten und innovativen Projekt hervorragende Leistungen. Das macht einfach Spaß!


    Wir schaffen es offenbar nicht unser Werk zu Preisen zu vermarkten, die es erlauben würden überdurchschnittliche Leistung auch mit überdurchschnittlichen Gehältern zu vergüten.

    Offener sein ggü. Projekten und Kunden, die vielleicht nicht 100% in die Strategie passen. Auch mit kleineren Projekte und Kunden kann man gute Geschäfte machen.

    Ich habe mich online beworben. Der Vorgang dauerte 2 Wochen. Vorstellungsgespräch absolviert im September 2016 bei Capgemini (Berlin).


    Sehr freundlich und ohne Stress. Das Gespräch war angenehm: kurze Vorstellung des Interviewers (Manager Position) und anschließend Lebenslaufvorstellung meinerseits. Irgendwann entschieden wir, dass der ausgeschriebene Job nicht genau zu meiner Qualifikation und mein Wünschen entspricht. Am Ende baten sie an meine Bewerbung an andere Abteilungen weiterzuleiten. Insgesamt war es eine positive Erfahrung.
