Meet Bosch associate Yunge He. 👋 Yunge had a passion for data throughout her studies, and following graduation in 2019, she joined Bosch as a data project manager. Her supervisor encouraged her to register in our data engineering training program after learning about her goal to work as a data engineer. 📈 At Bosch, we offer support for professional and personal development courses where Yunge was able to train two days a week in addition to her job. She was able to learn about the practical aspect of data science by taking advantage of our in-house expertise. "Without the training, I would not be where I am today," says Yunge, who has been working as a data lake development engineer and REDLake product consultant at Bosch in Suzhou, China, since 2021.
