At our German Kick-off Party, for the 2nd time, we held a special event —a silent auction—as part of our ongoing commitment to giving back to the community. Once more, our team rallied together for a good cause, and the results were truly inspiring! About the Auction: We invited colleagues to volunteer by offering a unique skill or hosting a particular event. Those activities were then auctioned off during the party. The enthusiasm was palpable, and the creativity on display was nothing short of amazing! Impactful Results: - A diverse range of events were offered, adding excitement to our lineup and showcasing the creativity and talents within our team. - The strong engagement and support demonstrated by our team, as evidenced by the numerous bids received, underscore our collective commitment to making a difference. - Through the combined proceeds of the auction and additional donations, we made a significant contribution. Making a Difference: All proceeds from the auction have been donated to "Frankfurter Verein für Heimstädten e.V." supporting their crucial work in aiding women in need. This contribution will directly assist in their efforts to provide safe spaces and essential services. Capco is delighted to announce Anne-Marie Rowland as Capco's new Chief Executive Officer. Effective April 1st, Annie will succeed Lance Levy in the role of CEO for Capco, and also join Wipro’s Executive Committee. Currently Managing Partner of Capco’s business in the UK and Ireland, Annie has over 20 years of experience in financial services, and has a deep understanding of Capco’s business, clients, and the industry. Lance Levy, who has led Capco as CEO for close to a decade, will take on a new role as Strategic Advisor, to support both Capco’s and Wipro’s Consulting strategy.
