      Großkonzerne mit vielen Angeboten, wenn man sie wahrnehmen kann, Bezahlung initial gut

      Immer noch großes Silodenken, was auf einer veralteten Unternehmensstruktur herrührt, Manager die ihre Themenfelder owenen aber nicht führen und unterstützen, einmal vereinbarten Gehalt lässt sich schwierig bis garnicht verhandeln, bei mir: kaum Zeit und Möglichkeiten für Weiterbildungen
