Anonymous surveys are not acted on and are not even anonymous in any way as there are strong retaliations from managers who are bullies and they plot with other colleagues to create bad image for those who make the reports using their passionate reactions are evidence of disrespect to them. There is no transparency at SAP. There is no empathy. Only fighting to make others look bad to clear themselves. 4. A lot of incompetent managers and HR tend to be grossly biased only supporting managers.
