Pros

Nothing except company Cabs. Could not find any motivating and supporting things.

- Lack of thought leadership - unprofessional culture - employees don't trust Senior leadership and local leadership. Unethical and homegrown headless leaders, not seen the outer world and always want to save their job - poor or negligible HR and other supporting functions - Slowly replacing the senior developers with junior and college out freshers ...as a strategy to contain the cost..rather than focusing on more sales and product penetration - Basic management style or mantra of revenue growth only through acquisition is fundamentally wrong.. - 150+ people leaving in this quarter out 400 in Hyderabad is simple indication of sinking ship and current status. Lot more to follow as company changed the culture from product company to service company culture..utilization, cost, etc..

I no longer work there.

Kontras

They do not value their employees. I was told to never take more than a week off at a time, or it was proof you were not needed. They do not value their customers. Channels created to allow customer feedback to management were shutdown because management did not want to have to deal with customers upset about product issues caused by their cost cutting.
