Leadership is leaving at a rapid rate. VPs and principals are funneling out of there at warp speed. No consistent company direction. Antiquated systems for a supposed technology/IT company. Projects are scarce and resources are sitting on the bench for months at a time waiting to get staffed. Constant fear of layoff for employees on the bench.
