High workload, as all teams only staffed at max. 80% capacity and expectation to deliver signficant needle-moving projects on top of your 'business-as-usual' work to meet expectations. Salary increases fixed within 'bands' and promotion extremley hard (e.g. have to 'exceed expectations 4+ years on the run to be considered for a promo) Benefits average (max pension contribution only 5%, 5 days in-office, only 25 days holidays)
