      Being exhausted at the end of every work week. There is absolutely no work/life balance. Depends on what group you work for but my group lacks leadership and communication across the team.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
