      Management and schedule options were much better than other Amazon locations

      Because full-time schedule was 5 days a week (8 hour shifts) instead of Amazon's normal 4 ten hour shifts for full-time, having mandatory overtime meant working 6 days a week

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
