      The pay was good. Flexible scheduling Some nice benefits. Meeting people from different walks of life

      Incompetent leadership and management. Blatent favoritism, awful communication, and their HR/pxt are virtually useless, lazy, and they lie, a lot. They can be easily replaced by AI, at no great loss. Possibly company wide corruption and retaliation against lower tier employees.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
