Got an email to schedule screen interview. It was a 30mins call where i spoke with a team member about my resume and skills followed by 2 behavioral questions.
Then i got email from 2 different hr persons, one setting up meeting with HR recruiter and another for the final interviews. Its abit haphazard process since they were based in scotland. I had short call with HR where they briefed me about the interview process and Amazon principles. But by then i already knew what the process was like since i had the interview. I was told not to repeat an example which was challenging.
I had 4 interviews scheduled for the final round, 2 on one day and another 2 on the other day. They were all behavioral based. Unfortunately i didnt have an example for all the situations they asked me about.
I got a call back from recruiter in a few days to let me know i didn't make it through, they don't give feedback as part of their policy, but he mentioned that they didn't get enough info from my examples to be able to make a decision. I appreciated a call back because most don't even bother sending a rejection email.
No need to prepare for examples for all leadership principles, but try to guess which would be related to your role. Mine were mostly around challenging status quo, innovation, using data to convince.
