2 initial phone interviews and 2 subsequent in-house interviews. The in-house interviews were mainly with the managers, one senior accountant (peer), and one senior manager. Each round had 3-4 interviewers. Overall the setting was very casual and friendly.

25% were technical questions, 25% were behavioral (e.g. how do you manage under-performing staff), 50% were open ended questions (e.g. why Salesforce, why are you leaving public accounting and etc).
