Ich habe mich online beworben. Der Vorgang dauerte mehr als 2 Monate. Vorstellungsgespräch absolviert im Februar 2018 bei Salesforce (Berlin).
Soon after sending in my CV online, I received an answer and had a phone call with a recruiter to talk about my general fit for the position and to determine the position that would be most interesting for me.
In the second stage, there was a video call with the regional manager to talk about expectations and technical interests.
The last stage was a visit in the main office in Munich with 2 interviews and a business case.
In general, the interviews were far more focused on personal fit, less on technical know-how, as this is a trainee position.
As an applicant you need to understand their culture and show that you can be a very good team player.
All interviews have been extremely pleasant and the whole team really feels warm and welcoming.
