He joins us with many years of experience as a technologist, both as an engineer and as a leader of software teams. Prior to joining N26, Thomas was Director of Engineering at Capital One, leading the R&D group in charge of bringing to market many innovative digital banking tools and features. In his role, Thomas will bring technical and strategic leadership to help us accelerate our growth in the US market, empowering our team and continuing to build a top notch engineering culture. “I believe that through a combination of experience working with cutting edge digital banking products, along with an in-depth knowledge of mobile development, plus a lot of time spent cultivating great software teams, this will allow me to help build a strong team and a great product here at N26. We’re delighted to welcome Subhashini (Su) Simha to the team as N26’s Global Director of Product Marketing. 🎉 In her role, Su will be responsible for leading our global product marketing team at N26, working alongside an exceptional product, marketing and growth team to help shape the future product strategy and drive accelerated demand and revenue growth. Su joins us with 18+ years of experience working across the three continents of Asia, Europe and North America for large enterprises like Microsoft and BOMBARDIER, to startups like Thru & HelloFreshGO in senior leadership roles in product marketing, strategy and product management. Last week we hosted #RecHack26: a full day in-house conference about employer brand, recruitment and brand reputation for our employees in collaboration with Glassdoor, Linkedin and Offended.marketing. It was such an insightful and fun day, which ended with one of our #Talk26 meetups about Diversifying Recruitment with Noor van Boven (N26), Lauren Wright (Glassdoor) and Barbara Wittman (LinkedIn).
