Meet Syeda Faiza, known as Faiza. As the Agile Project Manager behind Dell Learning’s Data Protection Content Development team, Faiza leads a team of designers and developers + so much more! For starters, she’s a pro at Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO), where she not only works hands-on but also leads as an Administrator and Chair of the ADO Change Control Board. She recently celebrated 10 years at Dell — a journey filled with growth, learning, awards, and meaningful impact. Additionally, she's the author of two books: Empowered: Leadership and Self-Awareness for Women and Agility Unlocked: Mastering Scrum and Agile Coaching for High-Performing Teams. Outside of work she loves writing, music, art, and is always up for trying new cuisines.
