Job: Materials Purchaser, Purchasing Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Use of Integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
• Providing all basic and auxiliary materials necessary for the operation of the Ltd. according to the authorized purchasing requirements
• Preparing purchasing decisions taking into account supply chain optimization, quality-delivery performance and price, active participation in purchasing decisions / conducting price negotiations/
• Coordinating and negotiating technical modifications with suppliers
• Conducting market research, localizing procurement sources, handling supplier problems that go beyond the scope of logistics procurement
• Ensuring the timely procurement of new parts for new customer projects
• Preparing price calculations for new customer projects

Requirements:

• Knowledge of English and/or German is essential at negotiation level
• Experience in large-scale procurement of metals, metal parts and fasteners is an advantage
• Experience in procurement or project management logistics, preferably in steel structure manufacturing
• Economics degree with good technical knowledge or technical degree with an economic orientation

• Negotiation experience
• User-level computer skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Mobility, flexibility
