My experience here was… let’s just say “educational” in all the wrong ways. The management seemed allergic to planning, preferring last-minute chaos over actual strategy. Projects were started with big promises but quickly fizzled out when leadership lost interest or forgot about them entirely. Communication? Practically nonexistent. Decisions were made in secret meetings, and by the time the team found out, we were already behind schedule. Resources were scarce, but somehow there was always budget for “urgent” vanity projects that never saw the light of day. The culture was advertised as “collaborative,” but in reality, it felt like a survival game, every person for themselves. Recognition for hard work? Only if you were part of the inner circle. If you value structure, transparency, or sanity, I’d recommend steering clear.
