Holidays start at 25, increase every year by 1 day, capping at 30 days. Generally easy to get holidays approved. Free lunch, although quality is very hit or miss, and tends to be a rotation of the same soggy food. Sabbaticals are offered for anyone who has been at RG for longer than a year, but those who take it seem to be fired during or shortly afterwards.
Free lunch is no big deal. catering is getting worse month by month. :-(

The food is very good!
Catered lunch & snacks in the kitchen. Other benefits were taken away (events, pingpong table, german lessons).
The worst part about your vacation days is that they require that you use 3-4 of them per year for Christmas. The company doesn't want to be open during that time, so they make you use your days.
They're proud of offering drinks and food. Although i appreciated but must admit, the caterers were horrible and food was quite bad. They had 2 types of drinks who most didn't like and no one drank them, in some cases they expired before anyone drank them.

The job itself is really great (everyday missions, challenges) and atmosphere is very motivating. There are quite a lot of perks like flexible working hours, free food, fruit, sweets and drinks.
