The recruiter was nice, but the team interview was appalling. The interview was around 3 hours with 3 different people. You should divide it in days and not let the candidates waste their time.

HR kept me up to date throughout the process and the interviewers were very friendly and pleasant. The receptionist was also very friendly and helpful. The interview itself was quite relaxed and easy going. The interviewers did a great job of making you feel welcome and were genuinely interested in what I had to say.

It was a HR interview with very nice girl, she was very positive. Most interview was about previous working background and a little PHP question. She accept me for other step, it was an online code challenge on codility website. PHP challenge tasks was about algorithms and time complexity.

The interview consisted of 4 steps. 1. Phone screen: Talking with HR about your background, what you're looking for next, the company and the team you're applying to. About 45 minutes. 2. On-site: Meeting with the team lead and department head. Discussing your technical background, professional experience and what the team is doing. About 1 hour. 3. Code challenge: Take-home coding exercise. We skipped it in my case to work around my schedule. 4: On-site: Multiple sessions with different teams (at most with 2 interviewers at any given time). Cultural fit, general technical discussion, hands-on coding and Linux sessions. Hands-on sessions have appropriate scope and are done on a computer, but you can use the whiteboard to explore the problem or explain your approach if you want to. About 5 hours. In general the interview process is very friendly and transparent. The sessions are pleasant discussions with ample opportunities to ask questions. The interviewers were all very approachable and easygoing, and maintained a relaxed atmosphere throughout the process, which made it a very enjoyable experience. Feedback is quick and honest. It took about 2 weeks from application to first contact, and another 2 weeks until the offer.

From the very first beginning the communication was friendly and professional. Had one first phone interview with HR, then one Skype Video with the line Manager. The last step was a second Skype Video with HR+Line Manager+Sales Director. My feedback of the company and of the people I met is absolutely positive. The process was well structured and interesting. It included also an online test and a role play having place during the last Skype Video.

First I was interviewed by phone with the Recruiting Manager. She was super nice, from the first minute of the interview she made me feel comfortable like I am talking to my friend. We have talked for about 30 minutes By the end of the interview she told me that I will have a second phone interview with the Head of Sales but before the interview I had to pass the assessment test. Head of Sales was also a very nice and friendly woman. We have talked for about 40 minutes. After they called me to the final interview in their office with both the Recruiting Manager and Head of Sales at the same time and I would also be interviewed separately with their Director of Sales and Operations. Everyone in their office were very polite and welcoming. Interviews went very natural and friendly.

They approached me via LinkedIn. The first interview was with the hiring manager then I got a business case about app monetization. They rejected me telling that they were looking for a different profile. I think I did a good job on the case and honestly I didn’t have extensive experience in product growth and monetization I was naive to think that if a company contact you they are really interested in your profile.

The Interview process was of three steps: 1) interview with the recruiter, 2) interview with the hiring manager, 3) business case. All people within RG have been friendly and willing to put me at ease.

The process took around a month before an offer was made. I first had a phone interview with the head recruiter, then a Skype Interview with the Sales team lead. Final process was a group panel Interview with HR, Head of Sales and Head of Product. The communication with HR during the whole process was very clear and friendly, definitely one of the most positive and challenging interview processes I have been apart of in my work life. There was also a personality and IQ test before the face to face interview which was interesting to gain some insight and feedback on my own attributes. The group panel also involved a mock sales call which was good experience and gave a little taste of what the job entailed. Overall a really enjoyable interviewing experience and happy to be apart of a growing, established company in Berlin with a fulfilling mission and vision.
