Standort Deutschland /EU kaum mehr Priorität, kaum Aufstiegschancen in EU, Teamleads teilweise nicht genügend kompetent, hohe Fluktuation, besonders in höhere Verantwortungskeiten was deutlich negative Effekte auf Arbeitnehmer hat, keine Anpassung an dem europäischen Markt, keine konkurrenzfähige Vergütung

We are also very pleased that DataXu employees have a good reputation and are gaining valuable career experience. I am sorry that you has the impression that DataXu is viewing Germany as low priority and that you felt your pay was not competitive. We are continuing to invest into the European market including Germany and are very excited that we recently expanded our footprint into both Berlin and Munich to serve DACH clients better. DataXu reviews pay versus the external market and we believe in offering great rewards to attract and retain top talent.
