The annual bonus is nice.

Lincoln makes their employees work hard for what you get. The organization is a good ole boys club slow to change and far behind in terms of IT systems. While the bonus is nice one needs to remember there are no sick or PTO time available during the year. They feel this is part of the bonus compensation. Also, your annual benefit deductions are taken off the top of your bonus. Training is missing and office politics can be troublesome in some areas. Very cut throat.
