The only good thing is the name - everyone thinks it is a prestiges company but they only care about the business and not their employees
Kontras
No bonuses. No salary increases. They keep BAD high level managers but let go of the good, hard working, loyal employees. They don't listen to the employees when there is a complaint against management for harrassment / sexual harrassment. They would rather keep the management so that it doesn't disrupt the business, than to protect the employees.
