Pros

Benefits are so-so, but because entry pay structure is so low company does not provide a living wage.

Kontras

Company is so bug you are really just a number. If you boss transfers out forget about ever getting promoted. Most promotions and advancement seems to be based more on nepotism than actual experience and hard work.
