Pros
Within 1,5 years I worked here, my salary rose two times (small increase but still). The boss was trying to accomdate us all in regards to desired free days. 6 weeks of vacation. For over-time I got either free days or payed. When I was sick (Corona) they were very supportive.
Kontras
Expect drunks and all kinds of people who you would very much like to avoid at any time. Work is strenous, both mentally (bad customers + it is dull) and phisically (everything else). It is very fast paced. Do not expect a pat on the back. Things need to get done. You really need to pay atention about your working hours-did you chip in correctly, is all overtime there, is everything ok with hours after a sick leave.. Working in shifts. You know your schedule max 2 weeks in advance.
