Pros

Coworkers are a lot of fun, employee appreciation day and monthly incentives are also great. Work-life balance is fine, typical 9-5. Compensation can be pretty good, benefits are great.

Kontras

Upper Management only cares about their next pay. They do not care about you as a person at all. Turnover is pretty high. Favoritism of certain employees is blatant and unprofessional.

Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

Kontras

For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.

You will be calling 80-100 times per day for months until you get promoted but it’s a fairly easy job. Can just be boring.
