Very laid back and was a conversation style which helped both of us get to know each other better and see things well. Conducted by multiple hiring mangers at the same time. Just three people having a conversation about work as well as likes, dislikes and work functionality.

I was really excited to interview for this job as Oracle has a good reputation...or so I thought? First contacted by a recruiter, passed prescreening, setup another interview with managers, if chosen you'll move to next stage with hiring managers. All interviews were the panel setup. Interview was rough the two men were super chill, but the female seemed really abrasive. She went out of her way to ask me complex questions even one of the interviewers said, "geesh you're asking those tough questions today!". So, I caught the vibe that the interview was going downhill rather quickly. Another turn off is that you wouldn't get a raise for at least 2 years and practically no chance of moment according to the interview. Which I appreciate the honesty, but that was a red flag for me.

The interview is comprised of questions to make you think about your career journey. It was extensive so be prepared to answer questions in depth. The STAR method has always worked for me.
