First I submitted an online application form, then I was sent a creative task. After that, I had a phone interview, after which I attended an assessment day. Then I had an interview with a director and then I was hired. I was fully informed throughout the process as to where I was and what was going to happen next which is unusual and refreshing. It was honestly the best recruitment process I have ever experienced.
