First step was a phone call over teams with HR. Nothing that took me by surprise, hard to tell what they were looking for though. Didn't get much feedback although they were very nice. Would have gotten ghosted if I didn't keep emailing asking for updates.

Initial screening call, meet with chief deputy underwriter and senior underwriter, 5 page writing sample, meet with other members of team, then you would get asked to do a case study in person
