“When I heard about 26 weeks parental leave, I could not believe it!” At Novartis all our people, regardless of gender, sexual orientation or location can benefit from a minimum of 14 weeks flexible paid parental leave, effective from their first day of employment. We recognize the moments that matter and believe in promoting greater equity for birthing and non-birthing parents. This International Women’s Day at Novartis we are holding ourselves accountable to the commitments we have made to embrace equity and challenge bias.
