Setting an example with OUTfront 🌈 This year, @capgeminide, @capgeminiinvent and we were part of the Christopher Street Day Parade (CSD) in Munich and showed our support for the LGBT community. 🌈🤗 Over 60 committed employees, family members and friends took part, wearing white T-shirts and rainbow-coloured Capgemini accessories to show that the Capgemini Group stands for diversity and inclusion. For us, Pride is not just limited to June - we live these values all year round. 😊 That's why we're already looking forward to the upcoming CSD parades in Cologne and Berlin, where we'll be taking part together.

Celebrating diversity - every day 🌈✨ We are proud of our inclusive corporate culture, in which all our employees can thrive regardless of their gender identity and sexual orientation! 🤝 Some examples of our progress in recent years: 🌈 We have a confidential and informal group (Safe Space) for and by colleagues in which we give advice on a peer level and have an open ear for each other. 🌈 Our LGBT + Travel Guide helps colleagues to plan international business trips taking into account the LGBT + rights and laws of different countries. 🌈 Our progress has been recognised - from the "Gold Top Global Employer" award in Stonewall's Global Workplace Equality Indes to awards from the Human Rights Campaign in the USA, Mexico and Brazil. Together with OUTfront, our global employee network, we celebrate Pride every day of the year and shape an inclusive future for all!
We are once again supporting two Formula Student teams this season. 🏎 In addition to the TUfast Racing Team, which we have been sponsoring for many years, the StarkStrom Team from Augsburg is a new addition this year. 👍 The two teams' new racing cars have been unveiled in recent weeks and our colleagues were able to see the students' talent and stamina for themselves on site. 💪 The TUfast Racing Team's new "xb024" was presented at Motorworld in Munich and 6 of our employees had the opportunity to talk to the team members and other sponsors about the upcoming season. 😊 The new "Roter Kobold" racing car was also presented in a festive setting in Augsburg. 😉 Our Talent Acquisition Expert Laura was able to network with the students and was impressed by their commitment: "It's fascinating to see how the team has built a racing car from scratch in such a short space of time." With so much expertise in two places, the latest technological trends were of course also discussed! We are already looking forward to the start of the new season and can hardly wait to see the teams in action. 🙌

Extreme test in Sweden: Putting the latest electric cars through their paces! 💪 ❄️ Some of our colleagues travelled to Sweden to give us some exciting insights into their job. To ensure the safety of the cars at all temperatures, the cars are specially frozen to -40°C for the tests. The test tracks are a particular highlight: some of them are located on frozen lakes and in breathtaking scenery. "Testing the prototypes of premium brands in an atmosphere like this? It's just great fun!" says Erik, test engineer at Capgemini Engineering. 👏 Would you also like to be part of the team and drive the latest vehicles before they are on the market? Innovation meets fun 🚀 Today we take a look at an exciting practical project with the technical school, where creative minds and our expertise come together. 🛠️ With our support, three students are building a mobile beer crate that not only utilises exciting technologies but also promises to be a lot of fun. 🚗 The students were able to immerse themselves in our world of technology at our premises and be inspired by our model of the travelling crate. The result? Many interesting insights that motivated the students to finalise their project. A perfect combination of technology and fun! 👨🔧 We are already very excited about the result and maybe there will be a race or two between the crates! 😉
