A day full or perspectives in project management 15 scholarship holders of Max Weber Programme had the exclusive opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of project management in the automotive industry. Exciting insights and valuable knowledge awaited them! 👥Introduction of the company: We gave the participants an overview of Capgemini Engineering and how we work. ⚙ Project management in the automotive industry: A practical look at project management specifically for the requirements of the automotive world awaited the students. ⚡ How an electric vehicle works: Our colleagues explained the basics and exciting facts about the centrepiece of modern mobility. The day kicked off with a round of Jenga, where questions about networking and career opportunities encouraged the students to get to know each other. A great day for all participants, rounded off with stimulating conversations at the get-together and snacks. 🙌
