Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Drilling Fluid Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing drilling fluid processes on projects carried out in Germany.
Our rotational work system allows you to maintain a healthy balance between intensive work and personal time.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize drilling fluid parameters during drilling/operation
• Cooperate with operators and project management
• Supervise drilling fluid quality, measurements, and prepare mixtures according to specifications
• Report technical data and analyze performance parameters
• Implement solutions to improve the efficiency of drilling fluid systems

Requirements

• Experience as a Drilling Fluid Engineer (or similar) is a plus
• Knowledge of technologies and products used in drilling fluid processes
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under time pressure
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration
• Knowledge of English or German is an advantage
• Willingness to work in a rotational system (e.g., 4/2 weeks)
