Senior leadership in the US has maneuvered the company in a direction that is extremely concerning. In the US as well as Europe the incompetent leadership has created a toxic work environment. Loyal and hard working employees with many years of service who have dedicated their life and career to this company are being forced out of the company for dubious reasons. For years leadership has been talking about going „digital“ but the train continuously is being missed and it‘s pathetic how analog the entire business still is, while they are trying to make it look like there are digital. After years they still have not been able to get simple APIs to work. The entire workforce is disgruntled. Senior leadership has created a toxic work environment, a lot of favoritism is going on. Over the last 2 years every action that has been taken seems to be an attempt to make the company look pretty for a spin off.
