- Micro management. Seems like manager's main task is to track all emloyees activites, what they say and how they act during the meetings and etc. - Very old fashioned way, felt like 15- 20 years back office culture. Or like kinder garden or school teachers - No pshycological safety. People are scared to speak their mind and stand up for themselves if they experience unfairness and none constructive feedback. People are whispering in the corner of corridors so not to be heard by the management - Management has no proper bussines accumen and understanding of how to give constructive feedback and define correct improvement action for the employee. Even though company provides 'Feedback Culture' training for the new joiners during first few weeks of onboarding. - Felt like you can not ask questions or object. Just do what is being told like a slave.
