      Can be challenging and fast based. Great place to learn new things in automotive as they are very large in the industry.

      Can be hard sometimes to move up without moving to different departments. Also not much employee incentives or events. Old IT systems

      Personally I have a good manager but can't speak for everyone

      Super busy and stressful because they are understaffed. Not enough people because they haven't given raises or promotions in years and there is no answer for when they will start doing it so everyone is leaving. They won't hire anyone to replace them because they are broke and trying to save money.
