Pros

+ Good remuneration that includes decent base salary, stock bonus and year end bonus + Other perks are quite nice: free amazing lunch, EUR 300 Uber credits per month and 17% on all taxis/orders + Young employees (average age around 30) + Flexible working: good flexibility to choose WFH vs office

Kontras

- The biggest problem of the company is the leadership. All the key roles are occupied by people who do not care about their teams and offer no vision. Just good executors who stayed with the company long enough to get promoted as managers, but have no managerial skills. These leaders create toxic and demotivating environment and it is very hard to flag or change it. - Any personal development/ training programs are non-existent. The dev process with your manager is very poorly designed and is contantly changing, which feels like a tick in the box.

Pros

I love being able to work around truly passionate people who are ready to change the world. The culture is great, free snacks and food is big plus. I had the opportunity to take ownership of projects within my first month

Kontras

The hours are much longer than any other job I've worked in, but this is expected to change as we continue hiring more help
