Poor and not experience site management - Engineer bei STRABAG SE: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Not experience management ( on the project where I was engaged), with a lot of politics ( between German and Austrian staff) because not have proper working experience but with the high connections from main management from office in Germany. No chance for any growth or salary increment if you are not staff sent from Europe office. A lot of site staff resigning, almost every month, due to the low salary and huge work pressure, 12 working hours, 6 days in the week.
