Pros

Colleagues are very helpful and understanding. Without that management and their unethical behaviour, it would be a good place to work.

Kontras

Partner' s attitude to workers is officially mobbing. Long working hours, no overtime paid. Hybrid working is not applied for many workers, while meal only paid for two days for a week. Klix, which is a programme counts down your working hours. Every day meetings over that klix minutes, you are being asked what you did on that entry. While you add value to the projects, partners only criticise. There is no career option within the company, devalueing your contributions is the company culture.
