No 1on1 meeting from the direct manager for half a year. - Non-realistic deadlines - Long long hours. 60 hours per week is nothing, and you are not appreciated. You'd better working 24/7. - No life. You are supposed to be a machine, not a human being. - Does not have collaborative culture. - If your project lead is from another team, you are always the scapegoat for project being behind the schedule even if they were behind far before you joined in.
