      Pay is good They have all of the tools you need to move a claim forward Everyone is willing to help each other

      Stressful job overall! Some days you can feel overwhelmed Some days require overtime to keep up or due to some late claims coming to us but since we are salaried and adjusters there is no overtime pay

      Pros

      One day a week in the office. No weekends. Work from home 4 days. New hires do have to be in office 2 days for first year then go to 1 day a week. Benefits are good. Everyone is awesome. Really only had one supervisor who was a little on the micro managing side but they were new to it. Other than that VP don down the line to adjuster are all super nice and approachable

      It’s a stress full job. I love it but it’s not for everyone. You have to be on your A game every day or you will get behind
