Progressive really hires great people that work hard and are fun to be around. Progressive is excellent in letting employees off for family and other events.
Kontras
Constant restructuring and no possibility for promotion unless your willing to move out of state. Many in management positions don't know how to manage but only cover their own butts and self promote.
