Nearly every employee I've met was a good person - the kind of person you could see yourself hanging out with as a friend outside of work.

The company should be called Conservative Insurance. Employees are actively discouraged from contacting managers beyond their direct supervisor. We are constantly made to execute initiatives that don't make sense or add value. Worse yet, we never know where the initiative came from. It's a culture of "don't ask questions" and "just put your head down and do what you're told".
