Great team, obviously working on some of the coolest games in the world. Everyone on the team just wanted to see others do well, so it was very collaborative.

The whole "contract" thing is tough - they tell you you'll be treated like a Full-Time, but in reality there is a lot of stuff we get left out of. The biggest con was WFH. There were absolutely zero efforts to bring the company together for a trip or something. Felt very isolated.
