I had read a lot of bad reviews before I accepted this position however, I understand that having a difficult supervisor/manager can truly make for a horrible working environment. Im glade I didn't let those reviews taint me. I stayed positive and opened minded and it is working out. The only thing I feel that could be listed as a con would be the lack of understanding by other department not understanding how payroll runs. I feel that if when a new employee starts his or her manager should set and explain how our payroll process works so they understand how they are being paid. This little step would make our lives run a little smoother...…..
