Management does not create new positions for talent; instead, it appears to be company policy to terminate more employees to free up budget and title space for promotions, creating a cycle of insecurity. Furthermore, the termination process is highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Employees are not given any prior warning. The standard procedure involves being suddenly locked out of all systems (email, chats, etc.) in the middle of the day, which demonstrates a profound lack of respect for the individual and their contributions. This is not an isolated incident but a repeated annual cycle.
