Toxic culture emerges most clearly from the beginning to your last day. Especially when you’re leaving — leadership shows little regard for people once they're out the door. Promised commissions were not honoured post-departure, with vague, dismissive communication and zero transparency. Lack of accountability, professionalism and empathy from senior management and HR. High turnover, low morale, and a LOT of internal politics regularly override fair process. “Values” are repeatedly promoted externally but never upheld internally.
